Delivery Information

We cannot wait for you to receive your new pieces from Olive Auckland. Here is everything you need to know about how we prepare and send your order.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we aim to process it within one to three working days. Orders placed Monday to Thursday are often processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be handled the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

How to Order

Shopping with us is simple:

  1. Browse our collections and add your favourite pieces to your shopping bag.

  2. Head to checkout and enter your delivery details.

  3. Carefully review your address and order before making payment.

  4. Choose an available payment method and complete your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@oliveauckland.nz.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is always free. There is no minimum order value and no additional delivery charge at checkout.

Track Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, we will send you your tracking details.

Please allow time for the carrier to register your parcel and display its first tracking update.

A Note on Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur during preparation, customs clearance or transport.

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact us. We will check its status with our fulfilment partner or carrier and help you with the next steps.
